We do our best to provide excellent quality artisan products, however sometimes things can happen! Contact us with any problems and queries on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to sort it out.
Unless it is a special order or made-to -order, your order will be packed within 24 hours. Orders are sent via Australia Post, Australia Post Express ( if requested).Delivery is 1-5 business days within Australia (depending on your region).
Express overnight shipping is now available within Australia to metro areas only.
If you have recently placed an order and wish to track it, please refer to the order confirmation email you have received more the tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: due to carriage of flammable goods, perfumes must travel by road rather than air and can take longer to deliver than air freight.

To be eligible for an exchange on unused items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective
or damaged. We can refund if you have an adverse reaction. Once your
return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 7 days.
Instructions for returns
You must notify us of your desire to return your product by email with the details of your concern, your name, street address, phone number and order number or date of purchase to sonia.washburn.com.
If a refund or exchange is granted for defects, damage or adverse reactions, you will be issued with a postage paid satchel in which to pack your product. Please ensure you pack the goods securely and carefully to avoid damage, preferably in the original box. A copy of your sent email must be included in with the package.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the goods and provide you with a refund or exchange.
If your return is for goods that are unopened and in original saleable condition, you will be required to organise your own shipping of the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note that perfume cannot travel by air, and must be sent via Australia Post with a “road shipping only” sticker attached (available from Australia Post).
